Converting ‘Trash-to-Treasure’

AES is the turn-key solution provider of these solid waste-to-energy plants. The AGR (Anaerobic Gas Lift Reactor technology) is superior (when compared to conventional biogas digester designs like fixed dome and floating dome) in terms of biogas and bio-manure production as it incorporates novel pre and post processing technologies required for the bio methanation of organic solid waste as per its characteristics.

This technology is designed to enhance the rate of biogas production by incorporating the best features of high-rate bio methanation such as mixing, retention of high active biomass, buffering capacity, food to micro-organism ratio, feed slurry concentration, microbial culture inhibition mechanisms, delinking of HRT & SRT etc. This technology provides a highly compact, decentralized treatment option for organic waste based on high-rate bio methanation to generate biogas for direct thermal applications.

Our Background and Experience

While AES is 35+ year old engineering company, we have been in the business of manufacturing, installation, commissioning and AMC of organic waste-to-biogas plants since 2011.
We are a team of highly-educated and experienced engineers with two PhD Chemical Engineers and two Electrical engineers in our management team. We take pride in our skilled workforce who are adept at fabricating and commissioning our biogas plants.
All our biogas plants are certified by CSIR-IICT, GOI.
This is a HIGH RATE BIOMETHANATION technology that gives a higher LPG savings / ton of waste treated compared to other technologies.
We have installed 30 turn-key Biogas plants to-date all over India. Below are some pictures of our operating plants.

WASTE RECOVERY SOLUTIONS

The following applications of bio-gas can be provided by us, depending on the scale of plant and energy requirements at site:

    COOKING:

    Direct thermal usage of biogas to directly replace LPG or PNG for cooking – by adding customized burners and stoves or by modifying existing burners if possible.

    STEAM GENERATION:

    Direct thermal usage of biogas to generate steam through biogas driven Steam Generators.

    HOT WATER:

    Direct thermal usage of biogas to generate hot water through biogas driven Hot Water Generators (this can be customized to produce hot water for cooking or non-cooking applications as per site requirement)

    POWER GENERATION:

    Power generation through 100% Biogas Generators to replace EB power (viable at mid to large scale only)

    Bio-CNG:
